元氣
今天辛苦工作了一天，本著對自己好一點的前提，去了「以前覺得幾好」的元氣壽司吃晚飯。一吃之後，覺得幾差。幾點我很不滿意的地方是(1)炸蝦卷和軟殼蟹手卷的蝦和蟹冷冰冰的，給它兩個差; (2)油甘魚魚生過份腍身，刀功差，給它三個差; (3)三文魚子壽司的紫菜居然是腍的，連這最基本的也做不好，給它五個差; (4)吞拿魚有「筋」，給一個差。
飯後明白到，上次到過Elements的千両(跟元氣同一集團)覺得食物差勁，原來，低處未算低。是我變得咀尖，還是元氣的質素變差了呢? 做學生的那個年頭，元氣明明是很好的。
i can’t agree more about genki sushi, their food quality is sooo crap nowadays compare with our “school days”.
nothing wrong with being picky, especially when you are trying to treat yourself better.

I gave up Kenki sushi for quite a long time. I turn to Itamae sushi … but only the shop in the causeway bay is good.

i don’t remember at all, probably we did. but i remember we went to “yuen luk” and another one on nathan road in mk(near to “shun woh”)…

Seeing: I just went to have a meal at Itamae Sushi at MK today. IMO, I like Mi-Ne Sushi more. However, both of them decline in quality while they expand. Remember the days when there were the only Mi-Ne at CWB and Itamae at TST, the quality was much better.
choco: Really? I completely forgot it. I thought I had never been Genryoku Sushi for a decade. Out of memory at all.
